GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All the prices shown on antipollution-skincare.net include value-added tax (Danish VAT 25 %). Customs duties will be added if the items are sent to a non-EU country. Credit cards or other charges and fees are not included. However, this kind of information will always be fully disclosed before the end of the purchase.

We always try to ship your order as soon as possible, so you can expect the item to arrive within 1-6 business days after your order. For all orders, a freight rate will be added based on the applicable freight rates on our website.

antipollution-skincare.net cannot be held liable for delays by the selected freight company. In the case of very delayed (several days) deliveries, antipollution-skincare.net will, of course, send a new delivery free of charge.

All items are delivered only as long as a stock is available and reservations are made for back orders and expired items.

We always take reservations for printing errors, inventory errors and price changes.

For the use of the products, read the instructions on the package. Avoid direct contact with the eye areas and store it in a cool and dry place.

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days after you receive it, for any reason and with no justification.

You are obligated to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received.  Returned items must not be used or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself.

For refund, please provide information related to your identity and invoice number.  Additionally, you need to provide your registration and account number, and the amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

Any item can be exchanged within 14 days. You must pay the fee for goods returned.

You are required to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it is received.

Items returned must not be used or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging.

Goods returned are provided by stating your name, invoice number and item you want instead.

Goods can only be exchanged for items at the same or lower price (so we pay you back the difference). If you want a product at a higher price, please submit a new order.

If you enter an incorrect address or information that causes the freight company to fail to deliver your package or you do not pick up your package within the specified time, you will be charged for a shipping fee.

It is your duty as a customer to check and make sure you have entered the correct information so that the selected freight company can successfully deliver your package.

You can claim your defective performance within 24 months of receipt of the item.

The warranty does not cover errors, damage directly or indirectly caused by improper USE operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. To return an item you must provide us your name, invoice number and state precisely what is wrong with the item. Items returned by complaint will be replaced by a new delivery. If you do not wish to replace the product, we will pay you back the amount within 7 days.

In case of error, missing or possible missing deliveries please contact shop@antipollution-skincare.net before returning the defective product.

Refund is made by bank transfer to your bank account. antipollution-skincare.net needs the registration number and account number of your bank account.

antipollution-skincare.net accepts the following credit cards:

In the payment phase, you will be informed which products you ordered as well as the total price.

When you choose to go to checkout, you will be taken to an encrypted and secured server where you enter the following:

antipollution-skincare.net uses Stripe for all transactions – fee is applied, but paid by the company.

Then press ‘Approve’.

The amount is deducted from your account, when the item is shipped from antipollution-skincare.net

If you do not fill these fields correctly, antipollution-skincare.net will not be able to complete your order.

When we get your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail, where you can print out your invoice.

Once you have added the items you want to your shopping cart and you would like to pay, you will automatically be directed to a secure server.

From here, all communication takes place between you and the server encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

This encryption ensures that no one can access or interfere with the information you enter.

The transmission itself is approved by STRIPE and ensures the greatest possible security concerning the transaction.

– Address

– Phone number

– Email address

We register your personal information to deliver your order.

This information is registered and stored for five years. After this time period, the information will be deleted.

When collecting your personal information on our website, we want to ensure that we have your consent and for this reason you are precisely informed regarding the type of the collected information and why we ask for the particular information.

The data controller of Just Branding Aps has access to the information that is registered about you.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information/data encrypted. Any information provided to antipollution-skincare.net is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information

By registering at antipollution-skincare.net, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to evaluate what information is registered about you.
